Job Purpose

* Responsible for leading and managing the commissioning, start up support, system completion, and handover activities for overall commissioning of WHPs, STPMs and BVS. The position serves as the primary focal point between PMT Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance teams to achieve operational readiness and successful project delivery.

* Reports to Head of Commissioning & Handover

* Frequent contact with Hook-up Team, System Completion, and OES/OESS team

* Periodic contact with Engineering team, Procurement team and Interface

External

* Frequent contact with different EPCs Commissioning and Construction Team

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)

* Manage all Commissioning & Handover activities related to NFXP offshore scope. This role requires effective coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders including EPCIC contractor, Operation and Maintenance, Construction & Hook up. Simultaneous management of multiple systems progressing through MC, RFC, RFSU, and Handover. Complex brownfiled and greenfield commissioning environment with active SIMOPS activities. Ensuring the contractor's timely submission and approval of early deliverables.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Particiapte in execution of commissioning activities (incl Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical, Piping and HVAC) to achieve the commissioning schedule on target and in accordance with all safety requirements during SIMOPS

2. Responsible for managing handover activities with Operations including RFC, RFSU readiness, Early deliverables and Commissioning activities

3. Lead handover readiness reviews and system acceptance meeting with Contractor and Operation & Maintenance team

4. Supervise the Contractor commissioning activities making sure the commissioning methodology is adhered to and the system database is used properly

5. Accountable for readiness of the commissioning spare parts and special tools for respective facilities

6. Assist Head of Completion and follow system completion, walkdowns, and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for the respective facilities

7. Coordinate the development of commissioning & handover documents, including procedures, method statements, and check sheets used during commissioning.

8. Lead daily meeting with Contractor and Company department for all hand over deliverables. Act a focal point for Quality, Engineering, Safety and other company departments.

9. Maintain a register of lessons learned for site and worksite and ensure lesson learned are applied within commissioning department.

10. Ensure preventive maintenance plan is implemented during Commisioning activities.

Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience with large project in Oil and Gas industry, including 3 years of commissioning experience with industrial engineer exposure (E&I, Mechanical, Piping) and 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.

* Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre- commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

* Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.

* Experience with vendors operating in the industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.

* Proven experiences for managing commissioning execution and completion and handover process including MC, RFC, RFSU and final Handover.

* Strong experience coordinating with Operations and Maintenance organizations during project transition phase

* Familiar with LOTO procedures and HSE standards for commissioning

* Experience of handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.

* Experience in start-up support and handover to Operation.

* Experience in offshore environment.

Technical and Business Skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.

* A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.

* Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.(particulary Excel, PPT)

* Ability to communicate with Contractor's team and obtain required information as requested.

* Experienced with Interface coordination and support activities and documentation.
