Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* Twelve (12) years' experience in business function, including eight (8) years in the Oil and Gas Industry, and including three (3) years' experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

* Strong experience in a project execution related environment within the oil and gas industry with knowledge of project management, engineering including cost control, work planning and activity scheduling.

* Experience of large green field projects with multiple EPC contracts and execution teams.

* Extensive experience with oil and gas companies, EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

* Broad experience and demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover and managing technical issues.

* Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.

* Experience working in large scale operating organizations in operations, projects, subsurface, etc., and working in integrated organizations.

* Experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region.

* Demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover and managing technical issues.

* Strong risk assessment skills and approach in decision making.

* Strong skills in contract management, negotiations, and managing contractors
