JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Ensure the quality of products and processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring production, investigating issues, and driving continuous improvement. They also play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, etc. Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools. Knowledge of Industry standards.

* Creating and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure products and processes meet established standards and specifications

* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and performance improvement methodologies.

Technical and Business Skills

* Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools.

* Quality Analysis Tools, Root Cause Failure Analysis, etc.)

* The ability to document quality plans, Inspection and Tests Plans (ITPs), and other relevant documents clearly and concisely

* Knowledge of various testing and inspection methods, both destructive and non-destructive, as well as the ability to interpret results.
