 Manage the coordination of Engineering, Procurement, Construction with further input to Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities for EPC-3/4

 Liaise and interface with EPC-1, EPC-2, North Field South (NFS), North Field West (NFW) and internal project team functions to ensure full cross team and project integration activities; and support reporting and management of internal and external stakeholders.

 Provide coordination and execution support to the EPC-3/4 Area Division Manager, Project Manager and Division Managers.

 Manage completion of the Project Management System requirements and the Operations Readiness Plan.

 Support change and risk management processes and manage various project action registers to ensure completion of critical activities.

Reporting and Relationships

 Reports to EPC-3/4 Area Division Manager

 Direct reports: None

Internal

 Frequent contact and coordination with the EPC-3/4 Leadership Team and EPC-3/4 Functional Division Managers.

 Frequent contact with the overall NFXP Onshore team (EPC-1, EPC-2,EPC-3, EPC-4), and NFS team (Specifically on behalf of NFS Offplots scope).

 Frequent contact with stakeholders. Terminal/Refining/Offshore Operations, Operations Expansion and Support (OES), Execution and Planning Services (EP&S), CLLNG & JBOG Common Facilities Owners.

External

 Frequent contact with EPC-3/4 Contractor, Sub-Contractors, associated vendors, suppliers and EPC-2 Contractor Samsung C&T Leadership Team.

 Frequent contact with external interfaces including Karhaama (power utility), and Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOE&CC).

 Periodic contact with Shareholders, Third Parties and Regulatory Bodies.


Job Context & Major Challenge(s)

 Support the overall management, including engineering, procurement, construction pre-commissioning and commissioning execution of a large "one of a kind", specifically the Offplot scopes including associated facilities and infrastructures comprising of rundown, loading and return pipelines, storage tanks, berths and associated facilities.

 Coordinate across multiple, large EPC Contracts to ensure alignment in design, execution and commissioning and start-up.

 Coordinate pooled, functional resources to provide oversight of EPC Contractor activities and ensure completion of Company responsibilities to achieve project objectives.

 Ensure execution is planned, progressed and completed in accordance with the provisions of the EPC-3/4 AGREEMENT including SHES, Quality, Flawless Execution, Cost and Schedule.

 Engage and manage multiple stakeholders and shareholders to maintain alignment with project objectives through project execution.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Provide leadership in the NFXP Onshore Project Safety Management System and conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company polices and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assests and the environment at all times.

2. On behalf of the EPC-3/4 NFXP Project Manager and Area Division Manager, lead the coordination across functions within the EPC-3/4 Project Team, NFXP Sub-Project Teams and NFXP Onshore pooled resources to maintain team alignment and collaboration and to ensure communication of key project information within the extended project team.

3. Monitor interface agreement performance, highlighting and intervening in critical and

underperforming interfaces to avoid any impacts to execution.

4. In support of the EPC-3/4 Area Division Manager, develop the required project reporting


Key Job Accountabilities

information and coordinate / evaluate input from within the EPC-3/4 PMT and pooled resource organization as required; develop presentations and manage the various Stakeholders and Shareholders as directed by the EPC-3/4 Area Division Manager.

5. Monitor project performances, KPIs and exception reports to identify critical issues in support of overall project management.

6. Support resolution through coordination with the respective function managers to identify mitigation options and contingency plans.

7. Coordinate and manage various action registers to ensure completion of tasks.

8. Maintain compliance with the Project Management System by managing the

completion of the requiremed deliverables, coordinating and scheduling the Gate Reviews and tracking all finding and observations to closure in accordance with requirements.

9. With support from the Senior Operations Advisor, manage completion of the Operations

Readiness Plan by ensuring assignment of all actions and monitors completion of deliverables.

10. Hold periodic status reviews and highlight areas of concern for prompt resolution.

11. Focal point for all aspects, including documentation, related to the Operation Readiness Plan (ORP) and Interim Operations.

12. Provide technical support of the change management process and analysis of change orders.

13. Support the Risk Management Program through identification of issues, risks and trends and developing and tracking action plans to mitigate. Work with the Division Managers to evaluate EPC-3/4 risks, consequences and treatments to mitigate the risks in view of project strategies and tactics.

14. Develop recommendations for the Area Division Manager to take forward to the Project Manager for consideration based on trends and issues within the EPC-3/4 Onshore Project.

15. Actively participate in all phases of project execution including design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and strat-up to ensure Flawless Start-up and reliable operations.


Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

 Minimum of 6 years' experience in multiple project functions and assignments, e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, etc. in the Oil & Gas Industry.

 Proven Project Engineering experience with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning preparation and execution.

 Experience on large and complex, fast track green and brown field projects with multiple EPC Contracts and execution teams, in a multicultural environment.

 Prior experience in the State Of Qatar or the Middle East would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
