Shift Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
* Lead the shift to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Onshore Assets by controlling the shifts activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and/or Experience
* 10 years diversified Oil and Gas Operations experience, out of which 5 years spent as Shift Superintendent.
* Ability to coach employees and contractors of diverse backgrounds and levels.
* Self-starter and able to anticipate the changes required.
Technical and Business Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse workforce.
* Problem solving skills.
* Exhibits professional conduct and integrity in business practices.
* Computer literate (MS Office applications).
