Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in Business, Law or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 12 years' experience in multiple project functions and assignments, e.g., project management, engineering, construction, procurement, etc. in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of Project Management leadership in a Major Oil & Gas Project.

* Experienced in business and risk management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation, and contract management.

Technical and Business Skills

* Contract Lifecyle management expertise.

* Commercial and risk management acumen.

* EPC Contracting and procurement strategy development.

* Claims, disputes, and change management.

* Stakeholder and vendor governance management.
